Your day would include:
- Making outbound calls to coordinate a suitable time and place for an inspection, along with other forms of contact with third parties to help support and assist our purchasing team.
- Calculate travel times and distance between jobs to assure they are booked in the most efficient way.
- Manage and plan our interstate Inspectors weekly calendar
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring all inbound and outbound communications are handled professionally.
- Collating supporting documentation to form a purchase contract.
Our ideal applicant would need to possess:
- Exemplary data entry skills
