Booking Coordinator

Your day would include:

  • Making outbound calls to coordinate a suitable time and place for an inspection, along with other forms of contact with third parties to help support and assist our purchasing team.
  • Calculate travel times and distance between jobs to assure they are booked in the most efficient way.
  • Manage and plan our interstate Inspectors weekly calendar
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ensuring all inbound and outbound communications are handled professionally.
  • Collating supporting documentation to form a purchase contract.

Our ideal applicant would need to possess:

  • Exemplary data entry skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, provide effective communication
  • Logistics coordination experience
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Impeccable time management and attention to detail skills
  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven experience owning and resolving customer’s queries
